What is 'Moved to Speak' and why do we talk about it so much in community building circles? How does it relate to being present? What does it have to do with taking risks?
In this inaugural Table Talk we'll first hear from four different voices on how 'Moved to Speak' works for them and what they've discovered over years of practice. Then we'll shift into an open forum where your questions and comments will be welcomed. Our hope is to use this space to highlight best practices and to draw forth the wisdom of the group, both for community building participants and facilitators.
Our Table Talkers for this event will be: Robert Reusing, Sarah Martin, Richard Kleiner and Mona Reaume. Rain Bone will be moderating.
April 24, 2021 at 1pm – 3pm Central Time (US & Canada)
The event will be hosted on Zoom.
Once you've registered below, you'll be sent a meeting link a few days prior to the event.
Cost: Sliding scale $10–20 USD

Join us for more Table Talks!
This is an ongoing series for community building practitioners, facilitators and trainers. Anyone who has participated in a community building workshop is welcome. Our goal is to carry forward community building as taught by Dr. M Scott Peck and the Foundation for Community Encouragement (FCE).
Upcoming Table Talks:
- What does it mean that we’re all ‘equally responsible’ in this process?
- Why do we talk about ‘extraordinary respect’?
- What is ‘spirit’ in this process?
What would you like to talk about!
